Georgia's sole representative on Money Magazine’s 2017 list of “The Best Places to Live in America,” Vinings is a popular unincorporated town in Cobb County occupying a little over three square miles of land bordered generally by the Chattahoochee River to the east, I-285 to the west, the Cumberland shopping area to the north and the city of Smyrna to the south.
